At GoodLifeBean, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Our plushies are crafted with soft faux fur fibre on the exterior and filled with 100% PP cotton. This advanced three-dimensional filling is the secret behind their dreamy softness, comforting feel, and excellent bounce-back shape.
If there is ever an issue with your order, we're here to help and will do our best to make it right.
Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by our free replacement warranty for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If your item:
- Arrives damaged during transit
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Does not match the product description
- Is the wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Damage caused by improper handling or storage
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition received
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags, accessories, and original contents
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
Eligible for Refund, Replacement or Exchange
You may qualify for a full refund, replacement, or exchange if:
- The product arrives damaged due to transportation.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order has not been delivered within 90 days of shipment.
For the situations listed above:
- We will cover all associated costs.
- You may receive a full refund or free replacement.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected.
If you wish to return an item because:
- You changed your mind
- The product does not meet personal expectations
- You ordered the wrong item
- You ordered the wrong quantity
- You selected the wrong color
- You selected the wrong size
- You no longer need the item
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
In these situations:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The item must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Express shipping fees
- Transaction or payment processing fees
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid by the customer
Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, stains, or damage caused by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned outside the return eligibility period
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items unless defective
- Custom, personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order products
- Bulk orders consisting of ten (10) or more units of the same product
- Orders valued at $1,000 USD or more unless defective
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
All sales of these items are considered final unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements if delivery fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect a package from the carrier
- Failure to respond to carrier delivery attempts
- Failure to provide required delivery information
If a package is returned to sender, please contact us at hello@goodlifebean.com and we will assist in arranging re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
Refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be provided when delivery is delayed, returned, destroyed, or abandoned because the customer:
- Failed to complete customs clearance
- Failed to pay required customs duties or taxes
- Failed to provide requested import documentation
- Failed to contact customs authorities or local carriers when required
Return Process
- Contact us through our Contact Us page or email hello@goodlifebean.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Include photos or videos if reporting damage, defects, or incorrect items.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send returns without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defect, or transit damage.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing generally takes 5–7 business days.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In rare cases where we approve a cancellation after processing has begun, a 10% restocking or administration fee may apply.
Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
European Union Customers
Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you are located in the European Union, please note the following:
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — except where the product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Our products are custom-made to order. As such, they may fall under the exemption for goods made to a consumer's specifications (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), which means the standard right of withdrawal may not apply.
However, we will always honour returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, regardless of this exemption.
If you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal, please contact us at hello@goodlifebean.com within 14 days of delivery. We will assess each request individually.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value may apply where a return is accepted.
How to Request a Return

- If approved, ship the item back to us — return shipping is at your cost

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (EU/UK) or approving your request.
Our Warranty
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or a replacement
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us via Contact us - we will replace immediately
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
In order to receive a replacement, please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a replacement. Products can only be returned if they are damaged in transit.
You may contact by emailing us via Contact us form with the detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receivea return address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. Returns must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of delivery; items returned after this window will not be accepted or refunded.
To ensure that your replacement reaches us, please use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover customs fees for returns). Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a replacement will be sent ASAP.
At Goodlifebean, our Product Research Team dedicates extensive time and effort to carefully select products that we believe our customers will truly love. Each item is chosen based on market demand, current trends, and overall popularity.
We kindly ask for your understanding that running a small business involves various costs. Therefore, we encourage our valued customers to thoroughly research the products they are interested in and ensure they meet their needs before making a purchase. If you feel that our product may not be the right fit, we recommend reconsidering your order.
All standard shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return or refund is approved, only the cost of the purchased item(s) will be refunded, excluding any shipping or express delivery charges.
While we strive for customer satisfaction, we must emphasize that all sales are final. Due to the operational costs already incurred, we are unable to offer refunds.
Note: Once your refund has been approved and processed, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
The processing/transaction fee are non-refundable.
What’s Not Eligible for Refunds
- Packages lost or delayed by courier services
- Transit delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
- Items with visible signs of wear, washing, or makeup stains
- Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Items damaged due to customer use
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
What Happens if My Package Is Returned to Sender?
Sometimes, packages bounce back to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- No safe spot available for delivery
- The courier being unable to reach the recipient
If your tracking status shows “Returned to Sender,” don’t worry — just email us at hello@goodlifebean.com with your order number. We’ll help you sort it out quickly and get your plushie (or other goodies) back on its way to you!
Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@goodlifebean.com
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
We work hard with manufacturers to process your order quickly and efficiently, so you receive your product as soon as possible. Orders cannot be interrupted once they have been placed. We process orders as soon as we receive them so cancellations are not possible.
If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item. It will ship to you in separate packaging, and will have its own unique order number and tracking link.
At Goodlifebean, we pour our hearts into designing plushies and gifts that bring joy and warmth to our customers. Each item is hand-picked to reflect market trends and meet customer demand. We kindly ask that you double-check your order to make sure it's perfect for you before purchase. As a small business, we have to treat all sales as final, and unfortunately, refunds aren’t possible incase of dissatisfaction.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
Invalid Reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great services. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
